In order to elevate your spa experience, we have created this informational guideline to assist you with any questions.
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax, leisurely get into your cozy robe and unwind in our relaxation lounges and eucalyptus steam room.
If you are staying at the hotel, please leave valuable items in the guestroom safe or the safety deposit boxes at the front desk. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to such articles.
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. For men, shaving is recommended, but not necessary, prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least six hours prior to your appointment.
Soft voices quiet minds . As a sign of respect to others and in order to maintain the tranquil environment, please speak softly throughout the Spa.
Luxurious robes, slippers and personal lockers are provided for you during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. We also suggest bringing a bathing suit if you plan on using the eucalyptus steam room or our sparkling pool.
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear what makes you comfortable. During all treatments, your body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Before and after your treatment, robes and slippers are provided.
This is your time, and you should delight in the full experience. Whether it’s the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify us of your preferences. We request that cell phones, cameras, and pagers be turned off while enjoying the Spa.
Please notify our spa reservation agent before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are expecting. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know especially if you are under a physician’s care. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our spa agents if you are expecting when you make your appointments so that they can offer guidance. Please note that any heat treatments and some Spa facilities are not suitable for mother’s to be. We highly recommend that you consult your doctor prior to your Spa visit.

Guests 16-17 years old are welcome for services in the Nail Room. Spa Treatments are available when accompanied by a guardian in the treatment room. Must wear a swimsuit during each treatment.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
We understand your desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our Spa reception area.
Reservations are secured with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount of the service.
All prices listed have a 20% service charge included. If you have received exceptional service, we invite additional gratuity at your discretion.
